THE SUPREME BEINGS

Our Full Size Dalek props are 100% accurate, and have been hand built to the originally published 1964 plans and specifications, first published in the BBC RADIO TIMES TV Magazine. These plans have been updated, reprinted and constantly reviewed by Project Dalek UK, and reissued at least three times since 2000.

“ Please note the following ”.

“We do not sell, or promote any activity in the construction of these props in a commercial format”.

“All of our props we use are fan based built by hand on a strictly individual basis, and are not offered for sale on a commercial basis”.

“We appear at events solely to allow our props to be viewed by similar like-minded fans, and to have a good time and to raise money for charities and good causes” If the operator decrees that conditions are not right for movement, then please accept this.

“We do offer for sale only officially licensed and produced mementos and toys to our members at reduced prices”.

“The props are not available for separate hire on a commercial profit making undertakings”.

We have full liability insurance for our displays, and have volunteers who ensure via supervision that all contingencies are covered to enable a full and safe display is undertaken when being viewed by the  public at events.

     DALEK DEXTER

This full size show prop has been hand
constructed from Fibre-Glass, Plywood,
Metal, and Plastic. Based on the early
1960’s Mark III Dalek used in the TV
series, and the film “Dr Who and the
Daleks”.
The Red Dalek is Second– in -
Command in order of battle,
behind the Gold Leader Supreme,
and the Black Dalek. The prop is
equipped with a pre-recorded
speech box, and sits on three
supermarket trolley wheels for
ease of movement. This
Dalek was used in a World Record
attempt in Holt during 2006, and has
a certificate of proof of participation.
Current value has increased recently
and is now set at approx £2,800,
and this looks set to increase.
To date, this Red Dalek has been
signed personally, by Nicholas
Courtney, and Michael Wisher’s Son.
(Michael Wisher was of course the
original Davros,..Leader, and
Founder of the Dalek race, Martin
Ballantyne, Caroline Munro, Terry
Molloy and Peter Roy.
DALEK KALRACK

A few years ago Kyle attended the
Holt Invasion with his Blue Peter
Badge winning Dalek, which he
had made out of junk modelling
and a remote control K9. After
seeing all the other Daleks, Kyle
asked his dad Steve if they
could make their own Dalek. At
first Steve thought Kyle was joking
but Kyle continued to ask until
Steve gave in.
Kyle helped where he could by
sanding, cutting and painting
the wood, which would
eventually become his Dalek.
The tricky parts that Steve came
across were the extending
mechanism for the sucker/plunger
arm and using the fibreglass for
the first time on the head. He also
came up with a unique idea for
the domes on the body, the
moneybox balls which you can
get toys in from arcade machines.
Steve has always enjoyed a
challenge and trying to find
money saving alternatives, two
years on KALRACK was finished
ready for its maiden voyage at
Watton Carnival 2009.
DALEK ARCHIE

"Dalek Archie" has now been completed
in his rebuild of 18 months, and is totally
resplendant in his evil 1960's colours
and design. He looks the perfect foe
alongside his red brother  "Dalek
Dexter". Archie has been re-built by
myself from the White Dalek Nieder
which was originally built by someone
else in 2007 for me. Dalek Archie has a
new centre section (complete with an
added piece at the rear), new gun
boxes and fronts, top ring, new solar
panels, new mesh, light receptors, and
a completely rebuilt eye, with re-
worked neck rings. He also has now
three sets of blue base lights inside
the skirt as well as two more batteries
to power them and his yet to be added
voicebox. He looks ready to do his
thing with 6 coats of deep black gloss,
and to exterminate all humans that he can.

This Dalek has a striking new scheme
set in the classic pattern  from the
1960's. It is based on one of the Daleks
who set off the "Neutronic Bomb"
down the mine shaft in Bedfordshire
to explode the Earth's Core in 2150AD.
DALEK BERTRAM

This Dalek is a “BBC Licenced”,
hand built prop constructed from
a Fibre-Glass mould, and finished
with plywood, metal,chrome,
and plastic. This particular item
was made during 2004/5, and is
extremely rare.
There is no longer a licence
available for their construction,
and so it is unlikely that any
more will ever “officially” be
made.This Dalek has a full
remote/radio control set up which
enables it to move, speak,
and it’s light receptors flash in the
head. This extra set up increases
the rarity, and it’s value to around
£1,500 pounds and, only
about 5 of these have ever been
made. None of this version have
ever appeared for sale on Ebay
to date.
This prop again has a Certificate of
Authenticity, and serial number.
Again value looks set to increase.
This dalek has been personally
signed by, Doctor Who's Stars,
Terry Molloy and Elizabeth
Sladen after they appeared on
stage with the red dalek at the
Norwich Puppet Theatre in 2006.

 TARDIS

The Tardis prop is a  BBC licenced built
HALF SIZE TARDIS and was the last in a
small batch of ten only. Constructed in
2004/5, it is a faithful reconstruction of
the version of the Tardis used by Tom
Baker during his reign as The Doctor.
Finished in Oceanic Blue the light in
the roof flashes automatically when a
light sensor activates, and our next
project for this prop is to put in a sound
box relaying the take off and landing
sequence. Contructed of plywood,
marine ply, and fibre-glass, this prop is
very scarce and it is very unlikely that
anymore will be made. It is a most
effective prop when displayed, and
will see the light more often.

    SARAH JANE

Sarah Jane Smith was played by the
late Elizabeth Sladen. One of the
Doctor's longest serving companions,
she appears as a regular in 18
stories over four seasons of the
classic series and four episodes of
the revived series, and is the first
companion to appear in a spin off,
the television pilot, 'K-9 and
Company'.
She was the central character of the
series, 'The Sarah Jane Adventures'.

K-9

The full size K-9 prop has been built to
100% accuracy, and represents the K-9
Mark III variant in a pristine condition,
when given to Sarah Jane-Smith on
Earth by the Doctor.

Over the course of  twenty-five Earth
years, the dog had become worn out,
rusty, and inoperative. This meant that
the dog was stored in Sarah Jane’s
attic in various pieces until refurbished
by the current doctor to face the
Krillatine in the episode titled
“School Reunion”.

This prop is equipped with a visor that
illuminates in the Head, and one of
the motor ports on the inside also lights
up.The interior is fully constructed,
and can be viewed via a panel, which
can be opened to allow this.
This K-9 prop is equipped with a sound
box, and this allows some elements of
his vocabulary to be heard. The nose
gun is manually retractable. The
surface colour for the Mark 2 variantis
Holt’s Acrylic FM220 Dark Metallic
Blue.
This prop has been hand built
to the original published plans, and
has a value of approximately £1,250
pounds to date.
DONNA NOBLE

Donna Noble is a secretary from
Chiswick, she was a companion of
the tenth Doctor, appearing in one
scene at the end of the final
episode of the 2006 series, leading
into the programme's second
Christmas special. Within the series',
Donna begins as an outspoken middle
aged Londoner, whose view of the
universe is a very small place.
Although she at first finds the alien
time traveller Doctor terrifying, their
initial encounter leaves her
unsatisfied with her small
little world, and she jumps at the
chance to travel alongside him when
the next opportunity arises.

CAPTAIN JACK

He first appeared in the 2005 Doctor
Who episode, 'The Empty Child'.

'Captain Jack' to those close to him, (or
as the Doctor refers to him, 'Captain'),
was the name adopted by a con man
from the 51 century. His original
identity remains a mystery
reluctantly immortal. Originally, Jack
used a different name, though we do
not know it.
Jack worked as a Time Agent for a few
years. Having left the Agency, Jack
became a time-travelling con artist,
performing various scams using his
knowledge of future events, such as
demanding money for items that he
knew would be destroyed.
Jack used the Vortex Manipulator in
his Time Agency wrist strap to go back
to Cardif at the location of an active
space-time rift.
Jack ended up in 1869, and
unfortunately his Vortex Manipulator
burned out and he was unable to
leave, and was stranded on Earth. He
then headed up 'Torchwood'.
UNIT TROOPER

UNIT (Unified Intelligence Taskforce,
formerly United Nations Intelligence
Taskforce), Operates under the
auspices of the United Nations, it's
purpose is to investigate and
combat paranormal and extra-
terrestrial threats to the Earth.

JUDOON

The Judoon first appeared in the series
3 Doctor Who episode, Smith and
Jones
and also appear in the series 4
episode, The Stolen Earth. They have
also appeared in The Sarah Jane
Adventures
.

The Judoon are galactic alien police
resembling rhinoceroses
that work
for the Shadow Proclamation.
They have relatively low intelligence
levels but possess sophisticated
technology such as H2O Scoops that
are capable of lifting large buildings
and a direct energy weapon with a red
beam which could incinerate targets.
The Judoon were known for their strict
obedience to the law and their brutal
attempts in maintaining it. Crimes like
physical assault of a Judoon incurred
the death penalty, without chance for
trial. Judoons sleep with their boots on
to show their dedication to thier job
their studded kilt is a sign of a warrior.

  CYBERMAN

The Cyberman Head was purchased in
Blackpool in 2001, and had been used
previously in official Dr Who
Conventions as well as other projects.
The Chest Unit was purchased
previously in West London during the
early 1990's. Both were in a bad state
of repair and needed heavy restoration.
The back panel from the head is
missing, and has been replaced by a
silver cover which makes it easier to
remove from your head. The head has
been signed by former Cyberman,
Graham Cole, and the chest unit has
been signed by, Nicholas Courtney,
Colin Baker, and Iain Ainscombe. The
suit, is a silver two-piece work-out suit,
and will be replaced in time with a
pilot's jump suit. The gun has been
hand-made from scratch.
The present value of the head and chest
plate together is in the region of £895-
£1,000, but will increase as the
restoration continues.
CYBER QUEEN
The Next Doctor
December 2008 the fourth Christmas
special with David Tennant.

Miss Mercy Hartigan is betrayed by the
CyberLeader and 'converted' to the
Cyberqueen, she proves too powerful
to control, and uses her new powers to
destroy the CyberLeader. She then
uses The CyberKing - a giant
Cyberman-shaped robot ship to begin
to lay waste to London, the Doctor
then uses the dimension vault to
transport it and the Cyberqueen into
the Time Vortex.
ROBOMAN
Daleks – Invasion Earth: 2150 AD

This was the sequel to Dr Who and the
Daleks (1965) and starred Peter Cushing
in his return to the role of the eccentric
inventor and time traveller.The Doctor
moves the TARDIS  forward in time to
the year 2150, where they find that
London has been reduced to an empty,
ruined landscape of partially
demolished buildings. The Daleks,
have invaded Earth and ravaged
entire continents, while the remnants
of human civilisation have formed
underground resistance movements.
Some captured humans have been
turned into deadened, emotionless
slaves called Robomen. Robomen
were brainwashed human males
forced to serve the Daleks controlled
via helmets. The mind control
technique was unstable and
Robomen would eventually go
insane and commit suicide.
This costume was debuted at the
Cromer Carnival 2010.

WEEPING ANGEL.

This is another costume character from
our extensive wardrobe, and this one
features a face mask painted white
along with wings, and braid hairband.
Again, certain parts for this costume
were difficult to make or obtain, but
the final presentation is, we believe
worth it. This costumes was debuted
at the Cromer Carnival 2010 and
caused quite a stir.
CLOCKWORK ROBOT
"The Girl in the Fireplace"
The fourth episode of the second series

The Clockwork Robots were created by
a spacecrew from the 51st Century they
did not have the necessary parts to
make repairs, so they used body parts
of the crew.
To complete repairs the androids
required a new command circuit for the
ship's main computer. Believing that
the brain of Madame de Pompadour at
age 37 the same age as their ship was
compatible, they used the ship's
quantum drive to open time windows to
18th century France
, trying to find one
that led to her 37th year. They disguised
themselves in masquerade costumes to
blend in.
WEEPING ANGELS
BLINK
Tenth episode of the third series.

Weeping Angels are a group of hunters.
Because their physiology is quantum-
locked, they only occupy a single
position in space when seen by an
observer they cannot move.
When they
are not observed they become a
"quantum wave form " that occupies
many positions in space so they appear
to travel exceedingly quickly.
They use
this ability to approach and attack
unwary prey.
While in their locked
state they appear as stone statues
" you can't kill a stone", often covering
their eyes so that they will not see
each other and lock themselves
forever in stone form. This is what
gave them the name "Weeping
Angels".
Eventually the four
Angels, having surrounded the TARDIS,
are tricked into looking at each other
when the box disappears, leaving
them deadlocked in their stone forms.
GAS MASK NURSE
Gas Mask Zombies

Nanogenes, subatomic robots leaked
from a crashed Chula medical ship in
1941, were programmed to seek out
damaged life forms and aid their
recovery. What they found was a
recent victim of an Air Raid, Jamie,
who had been wearing a Gas Mask
when he died. Thinking that all
humans were ‘Empty’ of life, they
made their way to the local Albion
Hospital, making gas mask forms
identical to Jamie’s appeared on their
bodies.

SIBYLLINE SISTER
The Fires of Pompeii
The second episode of the fourth series

The Sibylline Sisterhood were in
Pompeii in 79 AD. They had eyes
painted on the back of her hands,
as signs of soothsayers who fore-
tell of the future.
The Sisterhood saw the TARDIS
or "Blue Box" in a prophecy.
They had psychic powers due to
breathing in dust from Mount
Vesuvius. The Pyroviles an alien
race are using the volcano and the
Sibylline Sisterhood to convert
humans to Pyroviles.They use the
Sisterhood, which incorporates a high
priestess
and her sisters, to make
prophecies while slowly converting
them to stone and taking over them.
CLOCKWORK ROBOT
"The Girl in the Fireplace"
The fourth episode of the  second
series

The Clockwork Robots were created by
a spacecrew from the 51st Century.
They managed to travel through time
windows. They had strange smiling
faces and long hair for their trips to
France but were actually glass
humanoid figures operated
by space age clockwork technology.
The complete costume has been put
together by Jenny and with help by
husband Steve. The dress and wig was
purchased from the internet and was
adapted to be more realistic, the mask
was the problem. They made the mask
out of papier mache on a balloon and
then hand painted it. This gives the full
spectrum of this most frightening and
realistic character.
VAMPIRES OF VENICE
(Sisters of the water)
The Eleventh Doctor)

The vampires of Venice have an aversion
to sunlight and are sea-dwelling refugees
from the destroyed world of Saturnyne.

Their true form is a dark, leathery
creature, something like a shark, which
they hide behindusing a perception filter,
which manipulates the brainwaves of
whoever is looking at them. But humans
will always be aware of the fangs. In
their natural form these vicious predators
live underwater.

To continue their species the disguised
survivors of Saturnyne drink from their
female human victims until all the liquid
had been removed from them. They then
replace that liquid with their own blood.
Gradually, the alien blood changed the
victim into one of the aliens,
ready to mate with the male aliens,
which are hiding and feeding in the
Venetian canals.
